An Indonesian Citizen, 62 years old, he was appointed as the Company’s Independent Commissioner pursuant to the resolution of Company’s shareholders on May 16, 2013. He also serves as Company’s Head of Audit Committee pursuant to the decision in the Circular of the Board of Commissioners of the Company on May 20, 2013. Currently, he also holds position as a member of Audit Board in Universitas Gajah Mada (UGM), aside from member of Faculty Advisory Board of Faculty of Economics and Business in UGM. He earned his bachelor degree in accounting from UGM in 1976 and Master of Arts in Development Banking from American University, Washington DC, USA, in 1986.
